Vicky's Place was a Brazilian website that was active around 2006 to 2009, offering tons of templates for various blogging platforms. The site was mainly focused on anime and pop culture, and I'm sure many people who blogged back then (like me) used her resources. Below are some blinkies I managed to recover.
